In this Lesson:

Learn how an E-foil works
Be introduced to hydrofoiling, and learn how it’s different from surface boards
Learn safety precautions and operating procedures
Be shown on land how to stand up and balance.
Practice throttle control on your stomach.
Practice balance on your knees.
Work on standing up and riding the board on the waters surface.
Learn to touch n go, the first step into foiling
Learn to fly, turn and control your own destiny on an e-foil.

All students are required to be comfortable with swimming. Price includes use of e-Foil, life jacket, helmet, and Instructor.

When you arrive, you will spend a short time on land (5-10 min) learning about safety, local rules, and board operation before you hit the water and get to ride the E-Foil by yourself. Please bring appropriate attire, and arrive early enough to change into your swimwear or wetsuit.
